Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until it ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If you’re charged in error or are unhappy within 7 days of a charge, email billing@patchpilot.aiskillhub.info and we’ll refund the most recent payment in full. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Invoicing

GST-compliant invoices (with your GSTIN, if provided) are issued for every payment.
